Alexis Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez is currently the Community Relations Director at UCI Center for Educational Partnerships and a member of the Board of Directors of the Nicholas Academic Center. Prior to joining the University of California, Irvine, Alexis served in the K-12 education system as an assistant principal (Grades 6th-8th) and a former mathematics teacher (Grades 9th-12th) in South Los Angeles.

Alexis' core believe is that every student in this nation deserves equal access to an equitable education regardless of their socio-economic background, immigration status, gender or sexual orientation.

Mr. Rodriguez is a proud Nicholas Academic Center Alumnus from the class of 2010. Through the mentorship he received at the NAC, he was able to attend Wabash College in Indiana where he majored in Financial Mathematics in 2014 and earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from Loyola Marymount University in 2016.
