Julian Garcia : University of California, Los Angeles
Julian is anxiously awaiting his opportunity to thrive at UC Los Angeles. He hopes to major in political science and intends to create policies in favor of Hispanic communities. Julian served as Senior Class President and graduated with three associate degrees. When faced with difficulty, Julian knew how to adapt and prevail. He would like to thank all the faculty, God, and especially his family.
