Andre Rubio : Universty of California, Santa Cruz
Andre is excited to begin his education at the University of California, Santa Cruz and pursue a degree in engineering. He wants to contribute to his community by becoming a successful engineer. He would like to give his appreciation to NAC staff, his parents and his siblings for all of their support.
