Areli Munoz : Orange Coast College
Areli describes herself as joyful, outgoing and caring. She has taken full advantage of the opportunities presented to her while at Valley High School, competing in volleyball, water polo and serving in student government. She has always cared about her community and as a result has amassed over 100 hours of community service. In the future, she wants to become a nurse specifically working with children. Areli is thankful for her mother's guidance, love, and values. She admires her mother greatly for having raised her children as a single parent. She hopes to have the same type of strength as she pursues her nursing degree at Orange Coast College.
