Self-motivated and determined, when she sets her mind to it, Carina will certainly use these characteristics to take her far in life. Her friendly and outgoing personality has been a welcome addition to the Nicholas Academic Center. As the first member of her family to attend college, she knows her ultimate goal of becoming a pediatrician will test her academically; but she has no doubt that she will step up to the challenge.
