Cesar Galvan : University of California, San Diego
Cesar Galvan will be studying international relations at UC San Diego. Cesar hopes to become a foreign diplomat and continue serving his local community. He actively engaged in marching band, violin, and piano. He thanks the wonderful NAC staff and friends who have been with him throughout the years.
