Cesar is enthusiastic about joining the Highlander community at UC Riverside, where he intends to study business administration to reach his goal of starting a business that will make a difference in his community. Cesar is also eager to create valuable friendships throughout his journey and continue to motivate those around him. He would like to thank Tim Lee for teaching him the foundations of finance.
