Hector Ibarra : Allegheny College
Hector will be joining the Allegheny College community. His plans are to major in Education and become an elementary school teacher. During his time at Valley High, Hector was a Scholar Athlete and received the Coach’s Award for cross country and track. He was a leader for the Falcon Club and the co-captain for athletics. Hector would like to thank everyone for all the help and advice.
