Jazmin Meza : University of California, Merced
Upon meeting Jazmin for the first time, her warmth, kindness and soft-spoken openness are readily apparent. These qualities will serve her well as she begins classes at UC Merced in the fall as a psychology major. Jazmin credits her parents for helping her become the responsible, determined, and confident young woman she is today. She will be the first in her family to attend college and looks forward to returning to her hometown after graduation to help her community.
