Laura O’Campo

Laura will be the first in her family to attend a four-year University. She has chosen to go outside her comfort zone and move across country to Pennsylvania and attend Allegheny College. She is interested in majoring in Psychology and later work with children. She has been part of the Nicholas Academic Center for over a year. She is also involved in Talent Search. Laura is a dancer; she has taken beginning and advanced dance classes. Laura is also interested in the medical field and has taken ROP classes in health careers, communication skills, and trouble shooting. She is currently CPR and first aid certified. Laura has been awarded the Allegheny Trustee Scholarship, Perfect Attendance Certificate and a Noche de las Estrellas Certificate for high academic achievement.
