Matthias Avina : Cypress College
With the ultimate goal of providing a beautiful representation of passed loved ones to mourning families, Matthias will pursue mortuary science at Cypress College. While in high school, Matthias started a small business clothing store on Depop as well as volunteering with Donate Life America and was published in the anthology Barrio Writers. Matthias hopes to become an advocate for transgender, alternative, and Latino youth.
