Mille Rafael : Concordia University, Irvine
Mille will attend Concordia University-Irvine in the fall, where she plans on pursuing a liberal studies major. In the future, her goal is to become a change agent of her Santa Ana community and help improve the lives of generations to come. In high school, Mille was involved in EAOP and the Freshman Mentor Program. Mille thanks her parents, sister, cousins, and extended family for their support.
