Oscar is excited to start his college journey at California State University, Chico. Oscar’s passion for helping others has led him to volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He wants to thank his parents for encouraging him to continue his education. He would also like to thank his friends for the great memories and experience at Century High School.
