Victoria Higareda : University of San Diego
Victoria will study mechanical engineering at the University of San Diego. She hopes to one day create a product that impacts thousands of lives. Victoria participated in Speech and Debate, Key Club, NHS, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Animal Welfare Club. She is grateful for her teachers, counselors, and the NAC, and especially thankful to her family and friends for always believing in her.
