Yaritzi Cuevas Lua : University of California, Davis
Yaritzi is delighted to attend University of California, Davis and explore her interests in medicine. She competed in volleyball and basketball at her high school as well as AVID, California Scholarship Federation, and Link Crew. She balanced her school involvements while employed as a server at Chicken Charlie. Yaritzi gives special thanks to her parents, family and friends for motivating her to overcome obstacles.
